If you’ve injured yourself and need some advice, Isabel is your lady. She is gentle and knowledgeable and will help you get you on the road to recovery. She gave me some great advice and exercise/stretching strategy. Just the other day I met someone who’d been to her as well and her remark was, “Isabel fixed me”. That says it all!

I've never had an occasion to need any sports massage but when I started working along side Karen we thought it best to show each other out talents. Everyone I’d spoken with told me that the sport massage they’d had was excruciating. So, I was expecting pain when I went to see Karen. But it was not to be. Karen works with sensitivity and doesn’t let you go above a certain range of pain: 7 on the scale of 1-10. I left with some knots that were deeply released and surprisingly – no pain!
