Try Annie's class on Tuesday nights to discover parts of you, you never knew existed. She's lively and loving and always offers explanations for the postures so you’re not left in the dark as to the purpose of the exercise. She also turns the music right up during challenging exercises which really helps you to get through them. Relaxation is nice and long and the closing meditations are always fabulous.

Frank, from the Bath School of Shiatsu & Yoga, teaches a great class that will push and stretch you very nicely. His directions are good and he corrects your postures when needed. He’s also started teaching at Yoga Bodhi. If you’re looking for a slow and relaxing class, this is not for you. Instead, prepare to leave energised and bendy. I haven’t been to a class of his for a while I’m and therefore not sure if he’s changed his format, so please call him to find out.
