The yoga space is clean and well equipped and had a wholesome atmosphere. Simona and her compadres will make sure you get the best out of your chill (and learning) time. You’re always welcome to help yourself to a tea and they have great workshops too. |

Simona Hernandez Awesome stretchy classes: Vinyasa flow, Anusura inspired. These are dynamic breath led classes which feel you leaving chilled, stretched and in touch with yourself and your breath. Simona has also opened the very peaceful and well equipped Yoga Bodhi in central Bath and is also available for private and company classes as well as Pregnancy and post-natal yoga. |
Pilates

Mara Kirk-Reynolds Mara teaches Pilates in Bath. She is an experienced and effective instructor. She gives excellent and lively classes which help you understand how to use your core strength, which is essential for developing postural strengthen for the whole body. |
Hatha Yoga

Frank Davis Frank, from the Bath School of Shiatsu & Yoga, teaches a great class that will push and stretch you very nicely. His directions are good and he corrects your postures when needed. If you’re looking for a slow and relaxing class, this is not for you. Instead, prepare to leave energised and bendy. I haven’t been to a class of his for a while I’m and therefore not sure if he’s changed his format, so please call him to find out. |
