I've been on the Wisdom of Menstruation course and I can highly recommend it. If you would like to know yourself better, find out what makes you tick and understand and to appreciate the messages of your cycle, than this is for you. All women can gain from going on this course.

Creative Workshops with Annabel Hollis

Annabel is doing a series of Saturday workshops throughout 2010 inviting you to deepen your connection with the cycles of the year, and your creativity.They will combine art,writing, meditation and movement within a safe, intimate group setting, at an affordable cost. I met Annabel a few weeks Ago on an Emotional Processing Course. She is open, gentle, explorative and defentily well connectsd to the universe.
